Located near the stunning beauty of Horseshoe Valley and Copeland Forest, Settlers’ Ghost came to us in need of a clubhouse.
Settlers’ Ghost came to Cowden Woods wanting a clubhouse that matched the aesthetic of buildings from “settler times”. Designing around a set budget, we created a unique clubhouse that catches the spirit of the times of yore while creating a space that invokes a home-like feel for its patrons.
We Do It?
Looking at the areas surrounding the golf course, the hamlet of Craighurst, and the expanse of farmland that have been in the area for generations, provided a great source of inspiration for the look and feel of the clubhouse that the client was looking for.
The Project’s Success.
With a specific look in mind and a set budget to stick to, we tapped into our decades of experience in design, planning, material selection and construction spending their money wisely, sticking to the budget while bringing the exact vision Settlers’ Ghost had for their clubhouse to life.
In the end, we were able to complete a building that was not only functional but also matches the exact settler-era home-like aesthetic the client was looking for. A clubhouse that is timeless and a place to call home.
