Settlers’ Ghost came to Cowden-Woods wanting a clubhouse that matched the aesthetic of buildings from “settlers’ times”. Designing around a set budget, we created a unique clubhouse that captured the spirit of the times of yore while creating a space that evoked a home-like feel for its patrons.

The land surrounding the golf course, the hamlet of Craighurst, and the expanse of farmland in the area provided a great source of inspiration for the clubhouse’s look and feel.
